Substitutions
Changes in products may occur, depending on our suppliers. If a specific item is unavailable, it will be replaced by a similar product with similar value.
Shipping and Delivery
There is a $15 shipping fee per package. We offer FREE SHIPPING to care packages sent to IDF soldiers or terror victims.
We do our best to supply packages immediately. However, different locations can take between 2 to 5 business days depending on the delivery location and small settlements or remote communities may take up to 6 business days from placing the order.
Our office working hours are Sunday – Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Israel time, and Fridays 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Israel time.
On Saturdays and Jewish holidays we are closed.
Orders placed after 6 p.m. Israel time are considered the next business day.
Since fresh products such as cakes and other baked goods are delivered on the day they are baked, we cannot supply these types of packages to small settlements or remote communities.
Orders from the holiday category list, are delivered starting a week before the holiday.
We try to coordinate with the recipient to arrange for a convenient time of delivery. In case there is no answer at the door, the package will be left outside the door unless it appears to be unsafe to do so.
Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the quality and taste of our products and try very hard to make it that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately after your package arrives and we will do our utmost to make it right for you.
You can change your mind and return products within 14 days from delivery date, Please note: the delivery cost is not refundable unless the order was not shipped yet. In addition to this there will be a fee of 5% or $27 whichever is less, Returned products must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Baskets to Israel is not responsible to collect the product.
Kashrus
All our products throughout the year have the hechsherim of Badatz Eidah Hachareidis of Yerushalayim or Badatz Igud Rabbonim (Manchester/ Rav Westheim). All dairy products are Cholov Yisroel unless is mentioned differently.
Our extended product line for Purim includes products with the following hechsheirim as well: Rav Landau (B’nei Brak), Badatz Mehadrin (Rav Rubin), Machzikei Hadas (Belz), OU, and Volover Rov (Bloom’s Potato Chips). Throughout the site, each product has the hechsher listed alongside it. Purim baskets which contain products with more than two hechsherim contain the note “all products have reliable Hechsherim”.
