Description
The Blanc de Blanc is a sparkling wine made from grapes that are grown in the Mountains of Jerusalem in the traditional method, from a terroir similar to the Champagne region in France, the origin of champagne.
The Chardonnay grapes for the Psagot Blanc de Blanc wine were manually harvested at night at optimal ripeness from the finest plots of the winery’s vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains.
The fermentation process began in stainless steel barrels, and there it was aged for 6 months.
The wine underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle, where it was aged for 6 years on the yeast and only then underwent the disgorging stage.
The wine will make an excellent aperitif and goes great with cheeses and fish and is even enjoyable to drink on its own.
